OSIA's Submission to Australian Advisory Council on Intellectual Property

OSIA has made a submission to the Australian Advisory Council on Intellectual Property (ACIP) in relation to the review on the Innovation Patent System. OSIA's submissions specifically responded to the Options paper made available by ACIP in August 2013 (and which can be obtained from the ACIP's website) OSIA's main points are that Innovation Patents should be abolished and that software should be excluded from patentability altogether.
