How to give a better pre-sale demonstration.
It is hard to demonstrate software products and services in a way that s both memorable and compelling. This talk will present some of the problems and pitfalls with suggestions on how to avoid them. There is no one size fits formula for pre-sales, but after attending this presentation you should aim to go away and think about how to improve what you currently do.
Alec has been doing technical pre-sales work, and other things, since 1983 for a wide variety of organisations. Most recently he had regional re-sale responsibility for Tripwire as the Oceania technical manager. Currently he has stepped away from sales work and is delivering technical consulting services to the Australian banking community.
